Sensor Tower's latest report unveils the performance of the leading investing and financial management applications in Australia for the fourth quarter of 2023. The data provides a glimpse into the downloads, revenue, and active user trends for each app on the unified iOS and Android platforms.

TradingView: Track All Markets experienced a significant spike in revenue during the week of November 20, reaching over $60K, before normalizing to around $6K by the end of December. Downloads remained steady with slight fluctuations, peaking at approximately 1.6K downloads during the week of December 18. Weekly active users showed consistent engagement, with numbers generally hovering around 32K to 33K throughout the quarter.

The Bloomberg: Business News Daily app also saw a revenue peak in late November at over $7K, with a gradual decrease to about $2.7K by the year's end. Download counts across the quarter ranged modestly from around 200 to 300 per week. Weekly active users demonstrated a slight decline from approximately 4.3K at the start of the quarter to just under 4K by December 25.

Stocks Alerter had an interesting trend with virtually no revenue reported until a sudden jump to nearly $59K in the final week of December. Downloads were minimal earlier in the quarter but increased to 192 in the week of December 18 and slightly decreased the following week. Active users showed a modest increase from 170 to 180 in the same period.

Seeking Alpha: News & Analysis saw revenues fluctuating around $1K to $2K, with a noteworthy peak of over $2K in late October. Downloads were generally low, with an unexpected surge to 79 in the last week of December. Active users remained fairly stable, ending the quarter with a slight increase to just over 2.8K.

Lastly, Investing.com: Stock Market showed consistent revenue generation, ranging from $1K to $1.5K throughout the quarter. Downloads showed a decreasing trend overall, with a slight uptick to over 600 in the last week. Active users experienced a downward trend, starting at around 9K and decreasing to approximately 7.5K by the end of December.
